Matej has been practicing law for more than 10 years, specialising in tax law, corporate law, banking and finance, and litigation. In the course of his work, among others, he provided advice in transaction projects involving transfers of individual assets as well as entire companies, processed tax legal audits (due diligence) and prepared a litigation strategy in tax disputes. In addition to practicing as a lawyer, he is also active in the academic field as a docent in the field of commercial and financial law. He is the author or co-author of several monographs and commentaries on legal regulations and dozens of scientific and professional articles.
