Jozef is a partner at AKF Legal. In his practice, he specializes in real estate law, contract matters, and personal data protection. Through close collaboration with both Slovak and international clients as a member of project teams, he has gained unique experience and comprehensive understanding of the technical, legal, and business aspects of real estate projects, from acquisition to sale. Jozef provides clients with advice on mergers and acquisitions, structuring relationships with financial investors, project preparation and permitting, as well as during construction and subsequent sale of real estate projects. His clients include prominent Slovak and international investors operating in the residential and commercial construction and shopping center operation sectors.
